Operational Information

Our publicity is widespread via posters, press releases, newspaper advertisements, e-mail notices, quarterly newsletters, and our website, to let the public know of our projects and activities. You can find these documents at our Public Outreach Materials page.

Some of our program goals, like school renovation projects, require traveling overseas to gather research and for networking purposes.

As soon as we receive enough grants, we will hire an executive director and an assistant director for the overall administration and management of our organization, and to run our Volunteer Center. None of our board members and volunteers are compensated, except the reimbursements of some expenses.

We also provide services such as courses offered at our Volunteer Center, training for nonprofit organizations, conferences and travel arrangements. We suggest a donation below the commercial value of these services and priced at a level that encourages maximum participation from the public.

VISION

To contribute to peace and democracy by encouraging the growth of Turkish civil society.

MISSION

To strengthen community participation by supporting education, promoting volunteerism and philanthropy, and fostering cultural exchange.
