March 4, 2005 'Friend'raising Dinner

Our founder, Demet, had a birthday on March 4th, and we celebrated by gathering friends and those interested in Friends of Anatolia together for dinner at a Mediterranean restaurant in Sunnyvale. We had 35 guests, and along with personal gifts, Demet received $300 in donations for Friends of Anatolia.

Thank you to everybody who joined us, and we look forward to sharing more events throughout the year!

Here are the details of this first 'friend'raising birthday dinner:

Price: $30 per person for a full course dinner including tip and entertainment (belly dancer show). Cold drinks --alcohol or soda-- are not included in the price.
